



Hi! Thanks for stopping by. I am currently a Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase, working on projects for the credit card experience based in NYC. I’m an end-to-end designer who loves solving challenging problems and building solutions that make people's lives easier. I previously worked at Bees - AB InBev, where I enhanced their global rewards experience across 13 countries. Before that, I worked at Mercado Livre, focusing on improving checkout conversion for Mercado Pago across 7 countries in Central and South America. At BV Bank, in Brazil, I concentrated on refining the strategy and user experience of their core product, vehicle financing. During my time at Handmade Design, I had the opportunity to collaborate with various products and companies, including Wine.com.br, where I helped redefine its strategy; Itau Uruguay and Argentina, where I mapped improvements to their digital platforms as requested by Itau Brasil; Camicado, where I redesigned their e-commerce platform and wedding gift list, their primary source of income; and Vivara, the largest jewelry brand in Brazil, where I worked on their e-commerce platform. I was born in New York City, but I grew up in Brazil. During my studies, I discovered my passion for problem-solving. I graduated in Graphic and Digital Design and completed a postgraduate degree in UX and Interaction Design at the same institution, Istituto Europeo di Design, Sao Paulo. Communicative by nature, I’m always trying to learn something new. I believe that we only grow as humans, if we interact, learn and share with each other. Volunteering is my thing.
